Kiku gardens APARTMENTS

Kiku Gardens is a 100-unit Section 202 community which serves qualifying low-income seniors 62 and older and is located at 1260 Third Avenue in Chula Vista, California. We offer meals to our residents twice weekly and host frequent social activities. There is a full-time on-site service coordinator that organizes numerous social activities, arranges for transportation to medical appointments and serves as a resident advocate.
Kiku Gardens is a California Non-Profit Corporation, consisting of 21 Board Members representing The San Diego Japanese Christian Church, the Buddhist Temple of San Diego, the Ocean View United Church of Christ and the Japanese- American Memorial VFW Post 4851.
