luther tower APARTMENTS

Luther Tower is a residential apartment building funded by the Department of Housing and Urban Development under Section 202 of the Housing Act of 1959. We are here to provide housing for very low, low and moderate, income households. This is a Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity complex and all are welcome to apply. Luther Tower is a complex with a senior designation occupancy and is limited to applicants who are 62 years of age or older. Our senior complex allows pets. Due to the downtown location, there are limited parking spaces available for residents. There is a full-time on-site service coordinator that organizes numerous social activities, arranges for transportation to medical appointments and serves as a resident advocate.
