The Metro Apartments is a 2 building 193 unit tax-credit SRO building located at 434-435 13th Street in Downtown, San Diego. The buildings are conveniently located close to the public transit system and walking distance from Petco Park. We offer 24 hour security and amenities such as a computer lab for internet access. There are on-site Service Coordinators providing case management for the Metro residents.
