Sorrento Tower Apartments

Sorrento Tower is an independent-living apartment community for low-income seniors and those with disabilities. It is conveniently located in the Clairemont area of San Diego and is in walking distance of stores, banks, restaurants, and a public library. Sorrento Tower has on-site management and maintenance personnel for your convenience. There is a shared laundry facility, library, and media room, along with plenty of activities for varying interests. All tenants must be pre-qualified and there is currently a waiting list.

Rents for Section 8 apartments are calculated as 30% of adjusted income. All utilities are included in rent, with the exception of internet, phone, and cable. First month’s rent and deposit are due at the time of move-in.
