The property features one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes in a thoughtfully designed environment where residents have access to on-site resources, case management services, and community support programs. Veteran’s Villas Escondido was created with a mission to honor those who have served our country by providing safe, stable housing and pathways toward long-term success. Applicants must first complete the VI-SPDAT assessment and qualify through the Coordinated Entry System (CES) before beginning the residency process.
